London Property Litigation role.

Senior Associate/Legal Director position.

My client is seeking an experienced Property Litigator, ideally with around 8-10 years PQE.

You will work on a mix of Commercial and Residential Property Litigation matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidation claims, lease covenant enforcements, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, planning, service charge disputes, forfeiture and possession claims, statutory compensation, and construction claims.

You will join a team consisting of 2 Partners, a Senior Associate, an Associate, a Trainee, and secretarial support.
