Property Litigation Senior Associate

We areworking with a standout national firm looking to strengthen its Manchester-based Real Estate team with the hire of a talentedProperty Litigation Solicitor. This is an excellentopportunity for an experienced candidate who is ready to take ownership of a varied caseload and develop long-term client relationships in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

You’ll be stepping into a team with a strong reputation and a genuinely collaborative culture. This is a role where your ideas are welcome, your progression is supported, and your work/life balance is respected.

The role will be varied and include -

• Running your own caseload of high-quality property litigation matters

• Advising major clients across sectors including retail, development, insurance, and real estate investment

• Handling disputes involving commercial and residential property, rights of way, restrictive covenants, landlord and tenant issues, and more

• Supporting wider teams on real estate disputes, including professional indemnity where needed

• Getting involved in client development, seminars, and thought leadership

• Supporting junior team members

The essentials -

• 5+ PQE in property litigation (flexible if you’re just outside that)

• Strong commercial instincts and a pragmatic approach to solving problems

• Confident managing your own files and liaising directly with clients

• A team player who wants to contribute and grow within a collaborative practice

• Enthusiasm for business development
