Stephens Scown in Taunton is seeking an enthusiastic Paralegal to join our Property Litigation team. You will support complex property disputes for commercial and private clients, under the guidance of experienced Legal Advisors.

Formación

• Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant or similar role.
• Interest in Property Litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities; collaborative and eager to learn.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with a wide range of property litigation matters for commercial and private clients.
• Preparing legal documents, witness statements, bundles, and correspondence.
• Undertaking legal research and drafting.
• Managing case files and maintaining documents accurately.
• Liaising with clients, barristers, experts, and other third parties.
• Supporting Legal Advisors throughout the lifecycle of matters.
• Attending client meetings and court hearings where appropriate.
• Assisting with business development and client relationship activities.
