The team is known for its specialist expertise within Property Litigation and regularly handles high-profile matters. Responsibilities include:

• Provide legal and administrative support across a wide range of property litigation matters
• Assist with court bundling, drafting legal documents, instructing counsel, and issuing correspondence
• Manage diary entries, court deadlines, billing cycles, and file closures
• Support new enquiry processes
• Undertake legal research
• Maintain accurate time recording and manage your workload effectively
• Liaise professionally with clients, courts, and third parties

• At least 1 year of experience in Property Litigation
