Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Legal Director to join its Birmingham team within a national practice.

The role involves managing a complex caseload, advising landlords, developers and investors, and contributing to the growth of the Birmingham Property Litigation practice, without the need to bring a following.

You will mentor junior lawyers and work closely with Real Estate and Dispute Resolution colleagues to deliver high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with property litigation experience.
• Experience at Senior Associate, Legal Director, or equivalent level.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial property litigation matters.
• Advise landlords, tenants, developers and investors.
• Manage complex, high-value disputes from inception to resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with Real Estate and Dispute Resolution teams.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the team.
• Take an active role in strategic development of the Birmingham practice.
