• 6+ years PQE in Property Litigation, ideally with strong commercial and residential experience.
• Ability to build and lead a team with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Commercially minded with a view to growth opportunities for the firm.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of property litigation matters (commercial and residential).
• Advise clients on landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, adverse possession, rights of way, and more.
• Develop and manage your own caseload with autonomy.
