The two partner property disputes team sits in the rated real estate team at this global law firm, which is one of the strongest names in disputes.

Currently, the law firm finds itself slightly light in property disputes firepower at the partner level and needs to consider a medium-term succession issue within the team. Matters include forfeiture, dilapidations claims, enforcing covenants, tenant insolvency, restrictive covenants, lease renewals, and joint venture disputes.

The law firm would like to hire a junior partner, either an existing lateral or a superstar Senior Associate used to running their own matters but blocked from partnership at their current firm due to business case restrictions.
