This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer (Senior Associate to Legal Director) to join a nationally recognised Property Litigation team, acting for some of the UK's most high-profile clients.

This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value property disputes while taking on a senior position within a market-leading practice. You will play a key role in driving the team forward, with responsibility not only for leading on significant cases but also for developing client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and shaping business development strategy.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad spectrum of property disputes, including:
• Landlord and tenant litigation (lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, rent recovery, service charge disputes)
• Investment and development-related disputes
• Rights to light, restrictive covenants and land registration issues
• Property-related insolvency
• Niche areas such as telecommunications, judicial review, and agricultural law

Clients include household names across retail, leisure, development, and the public sector, as well as investment landlords, developers, and local authorities. The team is recognised nationally for its strategic, commercially focused advice and for resolving even the most challenging disputes.
