Job Title: Solicitor (Property Litigation)

Essential Experience:

  1. Proven experience in advising clients on a wide range of property litigation matters.

Desirable Experience:

  1. Experience in wider commercial disputes is advantageous but not essential.

Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Ability to manage own caseload
  2. Financial housekeeping
  3. Conduct client meetings both face-to-face and remotely
  4. Assess legal issues, conduct research, and advise on costs and scope of work
  5. Draft documents and letters of advice
  6. Good business development skills
  7. Keep up to date with legal developments and practice
  8. Strong communication and team collaboration skills
