Job Title: Solicitor (Property Litigation)
Salary:c£50,000 - £65,000 Hybrid Working

Our client has been providing legal services since 1893, offering a broad range of legal advice to both individuals and companies across a wide variety of legal services, both nationally and internationally. Consistently ranked highly in Legal 500 and Chambers legal directories, the firm is known for practical advice from expert legal professionals, working in partnership with clients to deliver results efficiently and effectively.

Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in advising clients on a wide range of property litigation matters.

Desirable Experience:
- Experience in wider commercial disputes is advantageous but not essential.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Ability to manage own caseload
- Financial housekeeping
- Conduct client meetings both face-to-face and remotely
- Assess legal issues, conduct research, and advise on costs and scope of work
- Draft documents and letters of advice
- Good business development skills
- Keep up to date with legal developments and practice
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
