Property Litigation Lawyer

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

About the Role

This major regional law firm, ranked in the Legal 500 and voted as one of the best places to work in the Sunday Times, is looking for a Property Litigation Lawyer on a full or part-time basis.

They are interested in seeing CVs of experienced Solicitors or FILEXs, with at least 2 years’ fee-earning experience within Property Litigation. The busy dispute resolution team covers a mixed variety of cases, including commercial disputes, contentious probate, contract disputes, debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant matters. They represent individuals and corporate clients, both claimant and defendant.


Candidate Requirements

You will need a solid background in landlord and tenant disputes, including 1954 Act claims, terminal dilapidations claims, possession and sale claims, boundary disputes, property right disputes, lease disputes, and disputed rights of way. They are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills, business acumen, a ‘can-do’ attitude, and who are willing to go the extra mile. You will be expected to participate in the business development activities of the firm and promote the firm at networking events.
