What you’ll do:

You’ll lead on complex property litigation and regulatory issues, supporting MBNL’s Legal Property team and wider business functions. This includes managing disputes in courts and tribunals, advising on health and safety incidents and compliance (e.g., Building Safety Act, ICNIRP), and handling planning and public law challenges.

Key responsibilities:

  • Eager to learn and lead in evolving legal areas.
Nice to have:
  • Telecoms property law and Electronic Communications Code knowledge;
  • Familiarity with H&S, building, and fire safety legislation;
  • Understanding of Ofcom, DSIT, and related regulatory bodies.
