About the Firm:

My client is a leading mid-market law firm based in the City of London, providing comprehensive legal services to a diverse client base including multinational corporations, public and private companies, partnerships, public sector bodies, and private individuals.

Their Real Estate Litigation team is part of the broader Real Estate Services department, which also includes Commercial Real Estate and Construction practices, both contentious and non-contentious. They also have a dedicated Residential Property team.

The team aims to deliver high-standard, comprehensive real estate services, primarily focusing on landlord-related issues, serving property investment and development clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2-4 PQE in the UK
• No sponsorship needed
• Excellent academic record (2:1 or above)
• Experience in Commercial & Residential property litigation

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of real estate litigation, focusing on advising landlord clients
• Provide clear, timely, and commercially sound advice
• Maintain high standards of client service
• Contribute to team operations, including billing, business development, and fee-earning activities
• Participate in departmental marketing and client relationship initiatives
