Job summary

Connells Group in High Wycombe is seeking a Residential Lister/Sales Manager to drive new instructions and list properties while delivering exceptional service. You will cultivate client relationships face-to-face and by phone and coordinate with in-house Mortgage Advisors to maximise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator).
• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
