Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within housing, licensing, regulatory services or local government.
• Ability to resolve complex enquiries and provide first-contact resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone, email and digital enquiries relating to property licensing schemes.
• Provide clear guidance on licensing requirements, documents and fees.
• Support customers experiencing difficulties with applications or online licensing systems.
• Escalate technical or statutory matters as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, outcomes and escalations.
• Contribute to improving customer guidance and online information.
• Assist with landlord engagement and communications activities when required.
