Alexis Properties Ltd is seeking an experienced Property & Lettings Manager to oversee daily property operations and support the company’s continued growth. The role requires managing enquiries, viewings, and tenancy applications, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance.

A full driving licence is essential; remote administrative work initially blends with regular property visits around Portsmouth, with an eventual office-based setup as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or property management is essential.
• Two years or more of relevant lettings experience preferred.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail required.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills needed.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsabilités

• Manage enquiries, viewings, and tenancy applications.
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and preparation.
• Monitor compliance, documentation, and renewal deadlines.
• Handle tenant and guest communications and issues.
• Organise move-ins, checkouts, inventories, and deposits.
• Follow up prospects and report vacancies with improvements.
• Maintain records and complete outstanding actions.
