A leading company in the telecommunications sector seeks a Legal Counsel (Property) to provide high-quality legal solutions related to property and litigation management across a nationwide network. The Role:
The MBNL in-house legal team provides commercially focused and efficient legal solutions together with risk management support across all areas of the business from property to procurement. The team are responsible for a range of activities including delivering robust and legally sound contracts; dispute resolution and management; and supporting the wider Property & Legal function on all aspects of property acquisition, disposal and estate management.
The Legal Counsel (Property) will be responsible for providing high quality, nimble and commercially focused transactional property and property litigation support in relation to ongoing management of a network in excess of 20,000 sites.
