Property Lawyer (REMOTE) - £50ph PAYE - Reference: 454700

We are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join our team remotely. The role involves handling various property law matters, including:

1. Property & Contracts
2. Residential Acquisitions
3. Lease Renewals
4. Title Queries
5. Land Registry
6. Managing own caseload

Requirements:

• Property law experience is essential
• Not suitable for newly qualified lawyers
• Experience with both residential and commercial properties for LAs is preferred

The position is part-time, 22 hours per week over 3 days, for a duration of 4 to 6 months.

Responsibilities include carrying out and completing commercial and residential property transactions.
