Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a remote Property Lawyer for a part-time, temporary contract in West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have property law experience, managing their own caseload and completing residential and commercial property transactions. Must not be newly qualified and should have familiarity with local government law. This role offers £50 per hour PAYE.

Property Lawyer (REMOTE) needed, £50ph PAYE - Reference: 454700

• Property & Contracts
• Residential Acquisitions
• Lease Renewals
• Title Queries
• Land Registry
• Managing own caseload
• Must have property law experience
• Not newly qualified
• Residential and commercial experience for LAs

22 hours per week over 3 days.

4 - 6 month post

• Carrying out and completing commercial property portfolio and residential property transactions
• Advising on statutory residential property matters, including Council charges
• Advising on local government law in the areas of property development work

This is a part-time role on a temporary contract basis.
