Property Lawyer needed in Nuneaton paying £21.51 per hour, ref 5271496

Full-time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions and disposals of land and property (freehold and leasehold).
• Draft and review leases, contracts, and other property-related documents.
• Provide legal advice on property transactions and related agreements.
• Support internal teams with legal documentation and guidance.
• Attend meetings, including occasional out-of-hours sessions, and prepare related reports.
• Monitor legal developments and ensure compliance with new legislation.
• Supervise junior legal staff and contribute to team development.
• Represent the legal team in meetings when required.
