Heat Legal Recruitment is seeking experienced, ambitious, and passionate Property Lawyers to join a new conveyancing team in Cardiff.

About the Role

After a 4-week training program, you will manage a mixed caseload of freehold, leasehold, newbuild, and shared ownership transactions, tailored to your expertise. The role offers a bonus scheme earning £12K - £15K annually, alongside a structured career path to support your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage sale/purchase transactions from instruction to completion, liaising with mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and clients.
2. Maintain proactive communication and build strong relationships with clients and third parties.
3. Provide exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties.
4. Identify potential risks and resolve issues proactively.
5. Maintain files in accordance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
6. Prepare and issue contract papers for sales.
7. Handle sale enquiries thoroughly.
8. Analyze search results.
9. Organize matters effectively to meet KPIs for exchange and completion.
10. Coordinate with mortgage lenders regarding client funds.
11. Manage exchange of contracts and legal completion processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of conveyancing experience managing your own caseload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
