Heat Legal Recruitment is seeking experienced, ambitious, and passionate Property Lawyers to join a new conveyancing team in Cardiff.

The Role:

After completing a 4-week training programme designed to ensure a strong start, you will manage a varied caseload of freehold, leasehold, newbuild, and shared ownership transactions, tailored to your expertise.

The role offers a bonus scheme with potential earnings of £12K - £15K per annum on top of your salary. The company provides a structured career path to support your professional and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sale/purchase process from instruction to completion, liaising with mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and clients throughout.
• Communicate proactively and build strong relationships with clients and third parties, providing regular updates.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties.
• Identify potential risks and resolve issues without compromising client or business interests.
• Maintain all files in good order, complying with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and issue contract papers related to sales.
• Handle sale enquiries thoroughly.
• Analyze search results accurately.
• Organize and target matters for exchange and completion each month in line with KPIs.
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders regarding client fund drawdowns.
• Manage exchange of contracts and legal completion processes.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 2 years of conveyancing experience managing your own caseload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
