You’ll handle inbound enquiries, qualify landlords and investors, and grow a strong pipeline while hitting KPIs. Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Confident on the phone with resilience to handle objections and rejection.
• A genuine people-person who thrives when busy and having conversations.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and comfortable using a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and leads quickly and professionally
• Qualify sellers and buyers, understanding portfolios, timescales, motivations and buying criteria
• Discuss the platform with landlords and trigger trial periods
• Nurture longer-term leads with regular, well-timed follow-ups
• Book qualified appointments and valuations for the wider sales team
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date with every interaction
• Hit and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
• Share market insight and feedback to help shape our sales approach and marketing campaigns
