Job description

Reporting to the Head of Residential, Signature Properties South is inviting applications for the position of Property Inventory Clerk to join our dedicated and dynamic team located in Segensworth, Hampshire. While prior experience in this role is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. The primary responsibilities of the Property Inventory Clerk include the preparation of detailed inventory reports to facilitate a seamless check-in and check-out process for tenants, as well as conducting mid-term inspections to ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards. Although collaboration with team members will occur, the majority of this position will involve independent work; therefore, prospective candidates should possess a strong ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To arrange and book property inspections/pre-check outs/check outs & inventories
  2. Collection & return of keys from the office
  3. Conduct property inspections
  4. Complete the reporting and approval process
  5. Log any maintenance issues
  6. Diarising follow-ups for Property Manager
What are we looking for:

  4. Full UK Driving License required and access to a vehicle
