Property Insurance Underwriter - Yorkshire

Opportunity to join a prestigious independent Yorkshire based insurance brokerage as part of their “Property Underwriting” team. This is an excellent business, very secure and well known for treating its staff with respect and generosity. They provide a flexible working environment with the ability to work partly from home. This role comes with an excellent basic salary, annual bonus and they provide a very generous and comprehensive benefits package.

As a part of the property underwriting team, you will be working with delegated authority, providing underwriting support on a wide range of private and commercial property risks to all of the group’s branches throughout the UK. This is a busy and enjoyable environment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency and communicating with colleagues throughout the business on a daily basis.

Ideal applicants will have a either broking or underwriting experience, with exposure to property risks and be comfortable focusing your expertise exclusively on one area of insurance.
