You will manage a busy caseload of multi-track property damage claims and advise on coverage issues while developing relationships with major insurer clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor eligible at NQ level or higher.
• Experience handling property insurance and property damage litigation.
• Strong understanding of insurance-related disputes and coverage issues.
• Confident managing files with appropriate supervision.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded with client development ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of predominantly multi-track property damage claims.
• Advise on coverage issues and policy interpretation.
• Develop key client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
• Work within a leading insurance practice with exposure to high-value claims.
