Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor eligible at NQ level or higher.

Role Overview

Anakin Seal Legal Recruitment is working with a leading national law firm that is looking to recruit a Property Insurance Solicitor to join its highly regarded and growing team.

The team acts for many of the UK's leading insurers, handling a broad range of property damage claims arising from fire, flood, escape of water, storm damage, explosions and other significant losses. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice that combines high-quality work with genuine career progression and client exposure.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of predominantly multi-track property damage claims, advise on coverage issues, develop key client relationships and play an active role in business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

• Qualified Solicitor from NQ level upwards.
• Experience handling property insurance and property damage litigation matters.
• Strong understanding of insurance-related disputes and coverage issues.
• Confident managing files with an appropriate level of supervision.
• Strong technical, drafting and communication skills.
• Comfortable developing client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach.
