Property Inspector / Assistant Property Manager

Location: South West London

Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

We are currently seeking a confident and organised Property Inspector / Assistant Property Manager to join our busy local branch. In this role, you will support property management operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficient property inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and ensure timely follow-ups on work orders
• Respond to landlord and tenant inquiries promptly, primarily via email and our inhouse database
• Support the property management team in maintaining high standards of service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property inspections and property management
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Valid driving licence and own car
• ARLA qualification (beneficial)
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Additional days off during Christmas
• Car allowance for inspections
• Free parking at the office
