My client, a highly respected lettings company in Essex, is on the hunt for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Property inspection clerks to join their vibrant team. What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a vital role in the lettings process, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards and landlords and tenants receive top-notch service:

• Property Inspections: Conduct detailed inspections using bespoke iPad software, ensuring properties are in top condition.
• Tenancy Support: Address maintenance issues, liaise with Property Managers and provide solutions for tenants.
• End-of-Tenancy Mediation: Produce thorough check-out reports, mediate disputes over deposits, and prepare evidence for adjudicators if needed.

Who We're Looking For

Bring your passion and skills, and my client will provide the training! While letting experience is a bonus, it's not essential. You'll excel in this role if you:

• Have a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle a busy schedule.
• Communicate confidently in person, via email, and over the phone.
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office and mobile devices.
• Hold a clean driving license and have your own car.

Flexible Working Options

• Full-time: 5 days per week, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
• Part-Time: Work 3 or 4 days per week and enjoy pro-rated salary, bonuses, and holidays.
