Are you ready to take charge of a high-performing residential property inspection service that makes a real impact on people’s homes and lives? Paradigm Housing Group is seeking an experienced Inspection Services Manager to lead, inspire, and elevate our inspection operations. With responsibility for a talented team of Property Inspectors and Stock Condition Surveyors, you'll champion quality, accuracy, and efficiency—ensuring every inspection delivers trust and transparency to our residents.

What You'll Be Leading:

  • Oversee large volumes of property inspections—from damp and mould investigations to mutual exchanges and home improvements—with precision and speed.
  • In cooperation with the Customer Liaison Manager, ensure that the departments scheduling and delivery with a strong focus on organisation, and efficiency, ensuring inspections are booked and completed promptly.
  • Uphold quality assurance across all inspection services with regular audits and reporting that drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across the organisation—Customer Services, Repairs, Housing and Development teams—and work directly with stakeholders like Environmental Health Officers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Escalate HHSRS concerns swiftly and sensitively, maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer care.

  • A team performing at peak levels, equipped, trained, and supported to deliver safe, thorough inspections.
  • Inspection volumes met and exceeded with timely, accurate reporting that informs business decisions.
  • Continuous service improvement backed by robust data and clear communications.
  • High levels of internal and external customer satisfaction driven by your leadership.
