Property Inspector

Location - Lichfield

Contracted position on an ongoing basis

Social Housing schemes

Rate negotiable - 26 - 27 per hour

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Property Inspector to join an established company in Litchfield

Main duties and responsibilities for the Property Inspector:

• Management of Void Contractors work

• Surveying properties and preparing schedules of work from the NHF SORs.

• Resolving meters in debit for void properties

• Surveying garages for works to be undertaken from basic lock changes to demolishment.

• Damp assessments

• Health and safety property assessments

• Structural property assessment to understand if a structural report should be raised

• Assessing repairs against minimum standards
