Une entreprise de soins de premier plan recherche un Property Helpdesk Coordinator pour un contrat de 12 mois. Ce rôle consiste à assister le manager du Helpdesk en fournissant un support sur la maintenance des propriétés et en assurant le suivi des demandes d'entretien. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience en gestion des installations et sera axé sur le service client.
Property Helpdesk Coordinator - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum dependant on experience.
Location: Oxford until the end of the year, then Aylesbury, hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
About the role:
To support the Helpdesk Manager and Property Team in the delivery of Compliance, Servicing, Reactive, Responsive, Planned and Planned Preventative Maintenance to the care homes, other premises including day centres, and offices where applicable. The Property Helpdesk Coordinator will support with administration tasks in relation to statutory servicing, inspections, general maintenance, and contract management. In addition this role will support the homes with their reactive requests via the Helpdesk and monitoring the status of jobs via the CAFM system. Our residents are at the heart of our organisation; so the ideal candidate will ensure each request that comes through to the helpdesk is followed from start to finish with the upmost care and updated on the CAFM system.Maintain all aspects of the CAFM system which includes;Asset dataEstate DataContractor dataCompliance and Reactive data
