Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a related role.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

Property Helpdesk Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract 12 Months

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Location: Lincoln, hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

About the role:

To support the Helpdesk Manager and Property Team in the delivery of Compliance, Servicing, Reactive, Responsive, Planned and Planned Preventative Maintenance to the care homes, other premises including day centres, and offices where applicable. The Property Helpdesk Coordinator will support with administration tasks in relation to statutory servicing, inspections, general maintenance, and contract management. In addition this role will support the homes with their reactive requests via the Helpdesk and monitoring the status of jobs via the CAFM system. Our residents are at the heart of our organisation; so the ideal candidate will ensure each request that comes through to the helpdesk is followed from start to finish with the upmost care and updated on the CAFM system.Maintain all aspects of the CAFM system which includes;Asset dataEstate DataContractor dataCompliance and Reactive data

About you:

  • Certificate in Facilities Management or similar related qualification in Property Management - Desirable but not essential
  • GCSE or equivalent in English & Mathematics
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience of working in a similar role and of working within a property management team
  • At least 2 years’ experience supporting responsive maintenance function, including contract management - Desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and associated risks and compliance issues
  • Experience of facilities management systems (CAFM)
