Our Client

Our client is a private family office that has been investing in office space across major cities in the UK and US for many years. They offer a flexible and intimate working environment. Due to further expansion, they are seeking a Property Financial Controller for their UK operations.

Role Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the UK real estate portfolio.
2. Perform variance analysis and budget forecasting.
3. Oversee all aspects of property accounting, including service charge accounts, budgets, rent rolls, and lease schedule maintenance.
4. Review tenant ledgers, handle payment queries, and ensure collection of rents and service charges.
5. Coordinate regularly with external managing agents and asset managers.
6. Collaborate with advisors regarding corporation tax matters.
7. Review and ensure timely submission of statutory accounts.
