The Role

The Bridging Finance department is part of the Property Finance division, acting for leading UK specialist lenders. The department has received awards for its work. You will manage a fast-paced caseload, acting for lenders on HNW Residential, Commercial, and mixed-use property transactions.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Finance Lawyer with 2-6+ years PQE.
• Experience may include private practice, in-house roles for finance companies, mortgage providers, banks, or firms handling finance and refinancing work.
• You should have a solid grounding in Residential or Commercial Property and an interest in specializing in Property Finance; the firm is open-minded regarding your background.
• This role offers excellent prospects for progression.
