About the Role:

A well-established and award-winning law firm based in Altrincham is seeking an experienced Property Finance Paralegal to join its growing commercial property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused individual to work within a high-performing legal environment, supporting on a wide variety of real estate finance matters.

You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Property, assisting in the delivery of high-quality legal services across a busy caseload. The role offers a dynamic working environment with exposure to complex transactions and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of property finance matters with minimal supervision.
• Conduct due diligence including review of property titles and legal documentation.
• Draft, review and negotiate loan agreements, security documentation, and facility agreements.
• Provide clear and practical advice to clients on acquisition finance, refinancing, and investment loans.
• Identify legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance across all matters.
• Maintain regular client communication and deliver outstanding service throughout.
• Work within set timeframes and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Keep meticulous records and manage multiple transactions effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal systems and team organisation.

About You:

• Minimum of 12 months' experience in a commercial property department.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional telephone manner.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Able to prioritise and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficient in handling complex documentation and legal processes.
