A leading social care organization in the UK seeks a candidate for a Housing Finance role. You will support rent setting and coordination of service charges. Responsibilities include reviewing voids, assisting in month-end reporting, and managing rent statements. The ideal candidate will be part-qualified (AAT) with strong organizational and analytical skills, contributing to compliance within social housing. Reporting directly to the Head of Housing Finance, the role will support the rent setting policy and service charge coordination. The successful candidate will also be responsible for all rent statements, direct debits, and cash allocation for housing transactions. The role requires good communication skills, working closely with the housing teams and liaising with housing benefit departments.
