Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is supporting a property business in Ferndown, Dorset, by recruiting a Bookkeeper on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will join a large finance team and gain experience handling a full range of bookkeeping activities, including ledgers, reconciliations, and system-driven data entry.

A background in bookkeeping, comfort with financial systems, accuracy, and strong organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping experience including sales ledger, purchase ledger and reconciliations.
• Able to learn bespoke software quickly.
• Accurate, organised and consistent in maintaining financial records.
• Able to work effectively as part of a large finance team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial administration for a portfolio of clients.
• Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledgers.
• Complete regular bank and financial reconciliations.
• Use a bespoke property management system to process and maintain financial information.
• Work within a large finance function to ensure records are accurate and timely.
