Exceptional new position available for a Property Estate Manager with both Commercial & Residential experience, to join and manage a unique property portfolio all based around the York region.

The role requires someone proficient in managing residential properties, industrial units, and offices. Responsibilities include:

1. Managing tenancies
2. Marketing of void premises (arranging viewings/heads of terms)
3. New tenant onboarding (including inventories, reading meters, tenant obligations, etc.)
4. Managing repairs and maintenance
5. Overseeing relevant insurances

The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, external professionals, and tenants.

Qualifications such as MRICS, MNAEA, or MARLA are desirable but not essential.
