Job Description:

We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected law firm for an experienced Property Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their growing team in Yeovil. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where you'll manage a varied caseload and play an active role in the firms success.

What You'll Do

• As a Property Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you will:
• Advise clients on a full range of property dispute matters
• Draft legal documents including statements of case, witness statements, and briefs to counsel
• Engage in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes
• Participate in business development and networking activities
• (Optional) Undertake advocacy in court when required

Typical Cases You'll Handle

• Residential landlord and tenant issues, including possession claims, disrepair, and deposit disputes
• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes, such as lease renewals, forfeiture, and dilapidations
• Boundary and land access issues
• Rights of way and rights to light matters
• Adverse possession claims

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years PQE with experience in property litigation

Strong client care and communication skills

Confident negotiator with a proactive, solution-focused approach

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

A collaborative team player with a commitment to delivering excellence
