Property Development Senior Associate – 8+ years PQE

Location: Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds

Contract Type: Permanent

The Brief

We are looking to recruit an England & Wales qualified lawyer with at least 8 years PQE to join our growing property development team in Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds.

We seek a lawyer focusing on development work, especially large-scale, mixed-use, and residential-led schemes, to take a lead role in projects for both public and private sector clients.

The work involves complex regeneration and development projects across England and Wales, including procurement processes, acquisitions, disposals, funding, development agreements, and joint ventures.

You will have the opportunity to work with transactional teams supporting clients across the UK, collaborating with colleagues from our other offices.

About the Team

You will join our Property Development & Investment Team in Birmingham, Manchester, or Leeds, part of our UK Property Group, advising on real estate requirements like acquisition, development, funding, and investment across various sectors.

Our team is well-positioned to navigate the UK's economic conditions, offering a secure career path in a £500m+ turnover firm focused on sectors including Real Estate.

You will work with colleagues like Tom Johnson, Rebecca Rowley (Birmingham), and Anne Bowden (Leeds), on regeneration and development projects, often across offices.

Our integrated approach allows us to handle complex deals involving planning, procurement, construction, and dispute resolution.
