Job Description:

We need an experienced Property Development Project Manager to fully manage a conversion project in Warwickshire, England. The role can be performed remotely; however, relevant UK property experience is required.

The project involves converting a detached house into four one-bedroom flats. A local builder has been appointed to carry out the conversion.

The project manager will oversee all aspects of the build, including but not limited to:

  1. Arranging utilities (Water, Electricity, Internet)
  2. Coordinating interior design with freelancers
  3. Selecting appropriate materials based on the final design (kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, fittings, fixtures)
  4. Coordinating the purchase of materials online at the best prices
  5. Arranging and coordinating material deliveries with online shops and the builder
  6. Managing project costs
  7. Handling other project-related administrative tasks

The project is expected to last for 4 months, from March to June 2023. Payment will be based on milestones, with a fixed overall price agreed upon.
