Youll work closely with expert Development Partners and advise a high-profile portfolio of national housebuilders, landowners, and developers.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll handle a diverse and stimulating caseload that includes:

Job application tracking

• Title investigation and due diligence, including complex site setups

• Drafting and negotiating conditional contracts, option, promotion, and overage agreements

• Supporting the New Build Team with management schemes and plot sale documentation

• Disposals of land, affordable housing, and freehold reservations

• Acting for landowners in land disposals

• Drafting and negotiating easements, infrastructure agreements, planning agreements, and licences

In addition to your legal work, youll contribute to business development and marketing efforts in line with the firms strategic growth ambitions.
