As part of a property/asset management improvement project, an opportunity has arisen for an asset management and property data professional to enhance operational efficiency and data accessibility.

Your new role
In this pivotal role, you'll be the detective of property data archives! You will work with legacy databases, lease documents, and historic records to extract, clean, and consolidate key property information. Your work will support the migration and integration of data into a new asset management database. Responsibilities include mining historic databases, reviewing leases, standardising data, and migration.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience with large datasets within property, housing, or asset management is required, including familiarity with lease documents and legal terminology related to property.

What you'll get in return

• Up to £400 per day.
• 6-month initial contract.
