Solicitor or Legal Executive – Property Damage, Subrogated Recoveries, Coverage – Birmingham

We’re recruiting Solicitors or Legal Executives at various levels to handle a diverse range of cases, including property damage, subrogated recoveries, and coverage disputes stemming from insured perils such as fire and flood damage. The team also tackles product liability and complex litigation related to insurance coverage. There is also the opportunity for the successful candidate to get involved in other areas of litigation arising out of legal expense insurance.

The team is looking to recruit at both the junior and more experienced range of the spectrum. Thanks to the firm’s flexible working arrangements, geography is not too much of a factor. Strong insurance litigation experience would be ideal. Candidates with more of a general litigation background are also welcome. The team’s rapid growth offers excellent prospects for progression and development.

Unlike specialised teams, our client’s department is structured so lawyers gain exposure to a wide range of litigation. You might advise on property damage one day and handle a boundary dispute the next as well as intricate construction-related cases. They also handle complex coverage matters.
