Experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive

This expanding property damage and liability team is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to strengthen the department. Candidates should have experience in:

• Subrogated recoveries
• Coverage disputes (ideally)
• Commercial litigation experience, such as property damage, professional indemnity, or reinsurance/subrogated loss

The team advises major insurance companies on national and international disputes, specializing in property damage and subrogated recoveries at various levels of complexity, including coverage disputes. The work involves high-value, complex, and technical claims related to insured perils.
