The work includes property damage, including subrogated recoveries, liability, and insurance coverage. It should be noted that PQE is only set as a guide and all levels will be considered.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (0-5 PQE, but all levels considered).
• Experience in litigation, particularly in property damage claims and subrogated recoveries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex, high-value cases and provide strategic legal advice.
