Property Coordinator
Salary: 28,000K per annum
Location: Birmingham

We are seeking a motivated and organised Property Coordinator to join our client's Residential Lettings team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in lettings and property management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Conducting regular property inspections
  • Arranging maintenance works and liaising with contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including gas safety, electrical certificates, and other legal requirements
  • Handling tenancy renewals, check-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
  • Addressing maintenance issues and resolving tenant queries promptly
  • Keeping accurate records and updating property management systems
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience in residential lettings and property management
  • A good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
  • A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
