Property Conveyancer (Locum) – 3+ years experience, Greater Manchester, £40 - £45 per hour, on-going. OVERVIEW:
• A locum assignment suitable for experienced locum conveyancers or solicitors with at least 3 years of experience
• The appointed locum will be able to handle a full caseload of wide range of residential conveyancing matters
• The locum conveyancer will have in-depth knowledge of property law, and experience with sales and purchases, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold transactions and transfers of equity
• Secretarial/administrative support will be available
• This is an on-going assignment to cover permanent recruitment
• Primarily office-based, but open to hybrid working arrangements
