Property Consulting - Managing Data Consultant

Our Property Consulting Group is the largest independent property research advisor in the UK, working across various asset types. You will have the opportunity to work with major property owners and real estate investors, utilizing innovative datasets to produce bespoke reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting project delivery and data environment enhancement
  • Creating impactful data visualizations
  • Conducting data analysis for strategic insights
  • Supporting data strategy adoption
  • Upskilling junior team members
  • Ensuring quality in project deliverables

Ideal candidate:

  • Passionate about technology, professional, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Proactive with a solution-focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in analyzing complex datasets and generating insights
  • Experience with Power BI/Tableau and knowledge of Alteryx
  • Understanding of statistical modeling, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
